The Vox Anima London Choral Festival, featuring Elaine's choral orchestral work, Illuminare, took place in the historic Southwark Cathedral, an iconic site in the heart of London with a rich history spanning over a thousand years.

Conducted by Randy Jordan, the festival brought together an international ensemble and professional orchestra, with composer-in-residence Elaine Hagenberg.

Highlights

Southwark Cathedral, one of the oldest churches in London, has stood as a testament to centuries of history since its medieval beginnings. Its stunning Gothic architecture, featuring intricately designed stained glass windows, a vaulted ceiling, and medieval and Tudor elements, created a breathtaking backdrop for the evening performance.

The concert brought together musicians from the US, France, and England for a truly special and memorable experience, where the shared passion and artistic collaboration among the performers made for an unforgettable experience.
